JOB DETAILS:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and training
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to optimize workflow
- Track sales, expenses, and operational KPIs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management (3+ years)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
