Bondrich Advisory Group Ltd is seeking dynamic Sales & Marketing Executives (2). In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and secure new clients within the target Manufacturing and FMCG sectors.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory to exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic challenges and positioning our advisory solutions effectively.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory/accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within manufacturing and FMCG to inform sales strategy.
Work closely with other teams to generate sales.
Accurately manage and report on your sales pipeline and forecasts using our CRM system.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-6 years of proven sales and marketing experience, with a significant portion focused on the Manufacturing and/or FMCG industries.
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong understanding of the supply chain, production processes, and key market drivers in manufacturing and FMCG.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a hunter mentality and the ability to work autonomously.
