Position: Indian Cuisine Chef

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a variety of Indian dishes with consistency and flair
Develop and innovate menus featuring North and South Indian specialties
Ensure quality control, portion accuracy, and timely service
Manage kitchen staff and train junior cooks in Indian techniques
Monitor inventory and maintain stock of spices and specialty ingredients
Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine (3+ years)
Mastery of Indian spices, cooking methods, and regional dishes
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen
Culinary certification or equivalent experience preferred
