Position: Indian Cuisine Chef


Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Description


Key Responsibilities:




  • Prepare and present a variety of Indian dishes with consistency and flair




  • Develop and innovate menus featuring North and South Indian specialties




  • Ensure quality control, portion accuracy, and timely service




  • Manage kitchen staff and train junior cooks in Indian techniques




  • Monitor inventory and maintain stock of spices and specialty ingredients




  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards




Qualifications:




  • Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine (3+ years)




  • Mastery of Indian spices, cooking methods, and regional dishes




  • Strong leadership and communication skills




  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen




  • Culinary certification or equivalent experience preferred
