JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:

To drive the school’s growth through marketing, partnerships, and enrollment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to enhance school visibility and enrollment.


• Build relationships with corporates, communities, and feeder schools.


• Organize promotional events, open houses, and school tours.


• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.


• Support admissions processes and achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


• 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in education.


• Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Creative and results-driven approach.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 120
