MINISTER of justice and constitutional affairs, Kahinda Otafiire, recently shocked villagers in Mitooma when he pulled rare strokes.
The maverick general who lost in the recent elections took time off to entertain his royal fans while dancing to the biggest song in Western Uganda, Mureebe by Ray G.
The strokes and dances left many shocked they couldn't believe that the general still had stamina.
