The Software Engineer will write clean, efficient code based on project specifications and assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. He will collaborate with team members, participate in code reviews, debug issues, and contribute to documentation, while staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code based on project specifications.
  • Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to design discussions.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing code and software applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the documentation of software functionalities and technical processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development.
  • Intermediate understanding of one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, etc.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention.
