Our client, a company specializing in the importation of motor vehicles, is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, promoting products, guiding clients through the purchasing process, responding to inquiries, closing sales, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and follow up with potential customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Promote company products and drive sales to meet set targets.
• Conduct product presentations and support customers in making informed decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available vehicle models, specifications, pricing, and importation processes.
• Guide customers through the buying process and ensure smooth completion of transactions.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide after-sales support.

Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate and organized sales records, customer information, and transaction reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or a related field.
• Additional training in customer care or retail sales is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or related fields is an added advantage.
