Company: Mobikey Trucks and Bus Uganda

Location: Kampala, Uganda

Reports to: Head of Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview: Drive growth of Foton Tun- land Pickup and View CS2/C2 Van range.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop territory sales plans and weekly activity schedules.
  • Prospect via corporate visits, field sales, and “feet on the street” activities.
  • Lead professional test drives showcasing performance and passenger comfort.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM.
  • Provide competitor intelligence (pricing, promotions, product features).
  • Train clients on vehicle usage, warranty, and aftersales processes.
  • Coordinate with finance teams for credit/lease arrangements.
  • Support marketing campaigns (roadshows, exhibitions, digital promotions).
  • Prepare monthly performance reports (leads, conversions, pipeline status).
