Sales Executive – Deutz-Fahr Tractors

Role Overview:

Drive sales of Agrolux, Agrofarm, Keyline, and Profi series tractors.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Segment product pitches by farmer type (traditional, modern, commercial estates).
  • Organize Demo Days showcasing pulling power, PTO efficiency, and fuel economy.
  • Partner with NGOs/government on agricultural development programs.
  • Provide training on tractor maintenance and implement usage.
  • Track seasonal demand cycles and align sales strategy.
  • Maintain database of estate owners and cooperatives.
  • Support farmers with financing applications (banks, SACCOs).
  • Prepare reports on adoption rates and farmer satisfaction.
