Background information about the job or company:
Bondrich Advisory Group Ltd is hiring a Raw Materials Planner to ensure uninterrupted production by accurately planning, monitoring, and managing raw material requirements, optimizing inventory levels, and aligning with production schedules while minimizing costs and risks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute raw material plans in line with production forecasts.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock while avoiding excess and obsolescence.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to align material availability with operational needs.
- Generate and track purchase requisitions/orders based on demand planning.
- Analyse suppliers lead times, order patterns, and consumption trends to improve planning accuracy.
- Manage safety stock levels and recommend adjustments to prevent stock-outs.
- Work with suppliers and procurement on delivery schedules and urgent requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material planning efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on material status, usage, variances, and forecast accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in material planning, production planning, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory management principles.
- Excellent analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities across departments and with suppliers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other planning tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

2-4 years
