Job Summary

Twyford International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality System Supervisor to support the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of the factory quality management system. The successful candidate will work closely with the Quality Manager and Technical Department to ensure compliance with quality standards, system procedures, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain the factory’s quality management system while promoting quality awareness among employees.
  • Assist the Quality Manager in building, implementing, and continuously optimizing the factory quality system (ISO 9001 and related standards).
  • Support the Quality Manager and Technical Department Manager in preparing and revising system documents,including:
  • Quality manuals
  • Process documents
  • Work instructions
  • Record forms
  • Maintain the effectiveness of the quality management system by ensuring all departments comply with established procedures and standards.
  • Supervise adherence to production and quality processes to ensure operational standardization.
  • Organize regular internal audits and inspections within the factory.
  • Conduct on-site audits,prepare audit reports,and follow up on corrective actions for non-conformities.
  • Communicate updated system regulations,technical parameters,standards,and process requirements to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate and support customer factory visits and audits.
  • Monitor document control and ensure operational compliance with approved procedures.
  • Identify non-compliant, unsuitable, or ineffective system documents and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist the Quality Manager in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support periodic assessments of system and process performance.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Experience conducting internal audits and handling corrective/preventive actions.
  • Strong understanding of documentation control and process standardization.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in ceramics, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement practices.
  • Attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
