Background information about the job or company:
Bondrich Advisory Group is hiring a Procurement and Logistics Officer to manage procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pre-qualify potential suppliers
- Negotiate terms with suppliers
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships
- Conduct supplier performance reviews
- Prepare and manage supply agreements
- Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders
- Coordinate inbound delivery of materials
- Ensure supplier adherence to quality standards
- Prepare and track Purchase Orders accurately
- Collaborate with finance department on invoice discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Experience needed:
Proven experience as a Procurement Officer in a manufacturing environment is required.
