Role Overview

Grow aftermarket share by selling genuine parts for MAN, Foton, Randon, Hyundai, and Deutz-Fahr.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to transport hubs, construction sites, and farms.
  • Perform fleet audits to identify immediate parts needs.
  • Pitch genuine parts as cost-saving solutions.
  • Conduct training for mechanics on genuine parts usage.
  • Support marketing campaigns (parts promotions, seasonal discounts).
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand.
  • Prepare competitor benchmarking reports.
  • Handle warranty claims and coordinate with service teams.
  • Submit weekly call reports and client feedback summaries.
  • Manage accounts, bulk orders, and seasonal planning.
  • Re-engage dissatisfied clients and rebuild trust.
