Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Develop and create new, innovative cocktail recipes for the menu.
- Ensure the bar area is fully stocked, clean, and well-organized.
- Provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and make recommendations.
- Manage bar inventory, place orders, and control stock to minimize waste.
- Adhere to all alcohol licensing laws and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender, with a focus on craft cocktails.
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and spirits.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Formal training from a bartending or mixology school is an advantage.
