On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly strategic and seasoned Creative and Graphics Design Manager with a deep background in the Manufacturing and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors. You will be the creative visionary responsible for developing and executing a powerful visual identity that drives brand recognition, supports product launches, and resonates with B2B and B2C audiences in highly competitive, fast-paced environments. Your portfolio must demonstrate a proven track record of creating compelling design systems that translate complex industrial or product-based messages into clear, impactful visual communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and govern the overall visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints from product packaging and trade marketing materials to corporate brochures and digital platforms.
  • Lead the creative strategy and execution for integrated marketing campaigns, including new product launches, point-of-sale (POS) materials, trade show assets, and corporate branding for manufacturing clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and efficiency. Oversee project workflows and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to understand business objectives and translate them into high-impact creative solutions that drive lead generation and sales.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including printers, packaging manufacturers, photographers, and advertising agencies, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, templates, and brand guidelines tailored for the Manufacturing and FMCG landscapes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in graphic design, with at least 5 years in a managerial or lead creative role.
  • A robust portfolio is non-negotiable and must showcase extensive work within the Manufacturing and/or FMCG industries.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design software.
  • Deep understanding of print production processes, color management, and pre-press requirements specific to packaging and large-scale marketing collateral.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and how design directly influences consumer behavior and sales in the FMCG/Manufacturing space.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
