Position Overview

Ray Medical Center is seeking an experienced Male Nurse to support ward/outpatient nursing duties, administer patient care, monitor clinical vitals, and assist attending medical officers in daily operations.

Role Overview & Scope

Ray Medical Center is seeking an experienced Male Nurse to support ward/outpatient nursing duties, administer patient care, monitor clinical vitals, and assist attending medical officers in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Administer medications, perform wound dressing, and manage routine clinical care.
  • Vital Signs & Monitoring: Monitor patient recovery, record vitals accurately, and assist during consultations.
  • Facility Support: Maintain hygiene standards across clinical areas and manage inventory of medical consumables.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Certificate or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Licensing: Active registration with the Uganda Nurses & Midwives Council (UNMC).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active clinical nursing experience.
  • Demographics/Requirements: Male candidates preferred as specified by institutional requirements.
