Background
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill vacant posts that exist in Kitgum District Local Government and Kitgum Municipal Council.

Job application procedure
Applications must be submitted in triplicate on PSC Form 3 (revised 2008) for non-teaching Cadres and ESC form No. 3(1988) (revised) for teaching Cadre to The Secretary District Service Commission, P.O. Box 28, Kitgum to reach her not later than 20th February 2026 at 5:00pm.

The Application Forms are obtainable from the Offices of Secretaries to District Service Commission Nationwide or Public Service Commission, Farmers House, Parliament Avenue – Kampala.
Attachments
Applicants should attach a set of three (3) photocopies of their CERTIFIED certificates, transcripts and other relevant documents plus three (3) recent passport-size photographs.

Serving officers must route their application through the responsible officers.
