Role Purpose:
The Job-Posting & Content Operations Officer (Volunteer) will support the organization in managing job postings and content operations to ensure smooth recruitment processes and visibility. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the efficiency of organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract job vacancies from various formats (images, PDFs, MS Word, and other sources) for multi-platform posting under Lafab Solutions.
- Post job vacancies as provided by the employer without alteration, unless changes are approved in consultation with the employer.
- Source job opportunities from multiple channels, including employer websites, WhatsApp groups, Facebook, and other online platforms.
- Monitor competitor platforms to inform timely and competitive job posting practices.
- Schedule and publish job advertisements across designated digital platforms (e.g., social media and messaging channels).
- Distribute job postings in relevant online communities, including WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, and professional forums.
- Ensure all job posts accurately reflect job details, application procedures, and deadlines.
- Update, refresh, or remove job postings in line with application status and closing dates.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment/HR team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all posted vacancies.
- Track and maintain consistency of job postings across all assigned platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Time-to-publish.
- Ad rejection rate.
- Fraud incident resolution time.
- Apply-conversion rate
Qualifications & Skills:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of digital platforms and online posting.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to organizational needs.
