Job Title: Human Resources Manager (1 position}
Age limit: Not more than 35 years

Job Summary: The Head of HR will review the adaptation and implementation of the Human Resources Management Policies, take specific responsibility for initiation of the HR development plan from the performance management system and tollow up of the same to ensure availability ot adequate skills mix and competencies required to deliver the organization’s strategy.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate for the Head of Human Resources position should possess a Bachelor degree in Human resource and a Master’s degree in a relevant field with experience of at least 5 years. The candidate should have broad knowledge, understanding and proficiency in the field of Human Resources Management and ability to work under minimum supervision. Good understanding oi national legal requirements relating to HR, including labor laws and administrative law is an added advantage.
