Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Postgraduate HR is a must/OD qualifications are a plus
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP) highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years' HR experience, preferably in NGO/non-profit or mission-driven settings
- Strong knowledge of Uganda labor laws, HR compliance, and organizational development
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, HR policy, and employee relations
