Position Overview
The HR & Admin Intern will gain hands-on experience by providing operational support across human resources and office administration functions. This entry-level role involves assisting with employee record management, workplace coordination, administrative documentation, and routine HR processes.

The HR & Admin Intern will gain hands-on experience by providing operational support across human resources and office administration functions. This entry-level role involves assisting with employee record management, workplace coordination, administrative documentation, and routine HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Support: Assist with filing employee documentation, updating personnel records, and managing administrative onboarding workflows.
- Office Administration: Support general office management, manage correspondence, and assist with facility operations at the headquarters.
- Departmental Assistance: Help the HR team with scheduling, employee communication, and routine administrative tasks.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Education Status: Must be a recent graduate or a final-year university student.
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Core Skills: Strong organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication, basic computer proficiency (MS Office), and a proactive eagerness to learn.
