About the Company:

Sekajja Agro Farms Ltd is a private Ugandan business. It was first established as a sole proprietor in 2017 operating under the names of Sekajja Abbas kezimbira in Sonde, Namugongo and later incorporated as a limited liability company in 2020 with expanded units in Nakosi, Nagalama, Mukono district and Bombo in Luwero district. It has since evolved into a vertically integrated as poultry company. Its main coordination office is located on Gayaza road, Kitetika, Mutuba 1, Wakiso District about 6 miles North of Kampala.

Job Summary:

Our Graduate Trainee Program offers hands-on experience, structured training, and mentorship across the poultry value chain for 6-12 months. The trainees will rotate across key departments to gain broad exposure to our business operations while developing specialized skills.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Recent graduates (2022-2025) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Production and Management, Bachelor’s Degree in Livestock Business and/or a Post Graduate Diploma in Livestock Development Planning and Management.
  • Strong academic record, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and ability to work in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
