Position Overview
The Financial Advisor will drive business acquisition, retain long-term client relationships, and deliver customer service to expand the Ordinary Life Business portfolio. Stationed across key regional hubs, the role involves identifying new prospects, presenting insurance solutions, managing premium collections, and hitting sales performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify sales opportunities and gather market intelligence regarding Ordinary Life products.
- Proposals & Quotations: Prepare accurate sales proposals and premium quotations in strict alignment with underwriting guidelines.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeted premium targets.
- Policy Persistence & Collection: Ensure timely premium collection to maintain policy persistence and client retention.
- Sales Closure: Maximize sales profitability by converting prospective leads and closing insurance contracts effectively.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of active sales experience within the service sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and computer skills.
- Business Development: Identify sales opportunities and gather market intelligence regarding Ordinary Life products.
