JOB DETAILS:
Education
• Diploma in a security-related field.

Experience
• 5 years or more in a security-related field.

Driving Permit Class:
• Class A riding permit required

Roles/Responsibilities
• Develop security risk assessments outlining potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Perform security assessment, routine as required to ensure optimal safety standards.
• Provide technical input in briefing/induction of staff on joining the company.
• Conduct security surveys and recommend physical security measures.
• Report all security-related incidents involving staff and company property.
• Establish and maintain contacts with national security agencies and authorities.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Report irregularities; inform violators of policy and procedures; and restrain trespassers.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Train, develop, and engage employees on emergency alertness in cases of disasters at the farm.
