Application forms (PS Form 3) can be obtained from the Public Service Commission, Kampala and District Service Commissions Countrywide and all Local Government Headquarters. The application forms should be submitted in triplicate to the Secretary District Service Commission, Sheema District P.O. Box 160, Kabwehe not later 30th December 2025 by 05:00 PM.
Applicants should attach Certified photocopies of their academic certificates, transcripts, pass slips and professional papers, curriculum vitae, school identity cards, National Identity card plus three (3 recent identical passport size photographs). Serving officers should route their applications through their Responsible officers who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delays. Only short-listed applicants shall be contacted.
