Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR and Management firm, is hiring Direct Sales Executives for a telecom client. The role involves field-based selling of internet services, engaging with customers and vendors to drive subscriptions and service adoption. Fluency in English and any of the listed districts’ local languages is required.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Actively promote internet and digital services to potential customers and vendors within the assigned area.
  • Drive sales of internet packages and services through direct field engagement.
  • Educate customers on internet packages, features, and benefits to ensure effective usage.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to encourage continued usage and service adoption.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to support improvements in service quality and user experience.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, customer interactions, and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with telecom field teams for joint marketing initiatives or co-branded campaigns.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in field sales, selling internet or digital services, or promoting mobile-based products is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to explain and sell internet services or digital solutions to both tech-savvy and non–tech-savvy customers.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, mobile money services, and smartphone applications is an added advantage.
