Job Summary:
Convert online leads into sales, promote Jubilee life, health, and pension products, and support growth of the digital sales portfolio.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Convert digital leads through inbound and outbound calls
- Generate and manage online leads to meet sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Prepare sales pipelines and meet monthly revenue budgets
- Support digital campaigns, webinars, and product presentations
- Ensure compliance with company procedures
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
- COP is an added advantage
- 1-2 years’ experience in digital sales, telesales, CRM, or call center roles
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
