Background
We are seeking a Client Support Officer - Hotel to deliver exceptional 5-star hospitality in a luxury lodge setting. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through warm hosting, personalised service, and attention to detail across meals, activities, and special occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage guests throughout their stay
- Deliver personalised service and guest delight moments
- Coordinate sundowner experiences and special setups
- Create in-room surprises and occasion setups
- Support dining service and lodge operations
- Work closely with guides, kitchen, and housekeeping teams
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or training in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or related field from a recognized institution.
- Hospitality experience (luxury lodge/boutique hotel preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and presentation.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and guest-focused mindset.
- Passion for nature and exceptional service.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work in remote areas with lodge-based guest interaction
