We are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Client Relations Manager - Recruitment based in Uganda to work at Head Office.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all recruitment assignments to ensure alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Review and master relevant manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
  • Utilize the company website and collaborate with sister entities to expand the talent pool and enhance recruitment outreach.
  • Collaborate with the growth team to develop recruitment proposals, bids, and agreements.
  • Ensure client's satisfaction and review their feedback through surveys and develop mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely submission of recruitment invoices and financial documentation.
  • Ensure effective vetting/background checks of all staff and proper placement of new hires.
  • Generate revenues from assigned projects by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Proactively identify and monitor risk protocols for projects, taking necessary actions to mitigate risks as they arise.
  • Provide monthly reports on project performance as per set formats, including financial and operational metrics.
  • Ensure quality project performance and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Promote Q-sourcing brand image through ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Identify and address capacity gaps within the team, providing training and resources as necessary.
  • Track employee performance, provide feedback, and support learning and growth opportunities for team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, Client Relationship management or related field in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in recruitment management and client relations.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, vetting procedures, and background check processes.
  • Proficiency in developing recruitment proposals and agreements.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
