Key Responsibilities:

Online Engagement: Utilizing email, phone, and other digital channels to interact with potential customers.

Lead Generation: Identifying and nurturing leads from various online sources.

Product Knowledge: Providing detailed information about vehicles, features, and benefits.

Virtual Consultations: Assessing customer needs and preferences through online interactions.

Negotiation and Financing: Discussing pricing, financing options, and payment plans.

Customer Follow-up: Maintaining contact and providing excellent service after initial contact.

Collaboration: Working with the marketing team to promote online sales efforts.

Sales Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Documentation: Ensuring accurate record-keeping of all sales transactions.

Skills Required:

Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, essential for engaging with customers online.

Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide excellent service.

Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.

IT Proficiency: Familiarity with online platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools.

Product Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle features, benefits, and market trends.

Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing online environment.

Problem-solving: Ability to address customer concerns and find solutions.

Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport and trust with customers is essential for long-term relationships.

Qualifications for a Car Sales Person

  • Minimum academic qualifications, *Diploma/ Degree in a business related course .
