Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Associate located in Kampala. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to uncover new business opportunities, and delivering impactful presentations to potential clients or stakeholders. Additionally, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for fostering positive client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to the overall business growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver professional presentations
- Experience in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research to identify new opportunities
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills for engaging with clients and teams
- Self-motivated with an aptitude for cultivating and managing relationships
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to support business strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the technology or service industry is an added advantage
