Bid Notice under Open Domestic Bidding tender job at Ministry of Health

INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF SOLAR SYSTEMS IN ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY TWO (192) HEALTH FACILITIES UNDER THE UGAJONA INTERGOVERNMENTAL FISCAL TRANSFERS PROGRAMME - POPULOUSED REPORT NO. MOI/SUPLS/2025-2026/00960/UGIF

1. The Ministry of Health has received funds for Supply and Installation of Solar Systems in Two Hundred and Ninety Two (192) Upgraded Health Facilities under the Uganda Intergovernmental Fiscal Transfers Program.

2. The Entity therefore, invites sealed bids from the eligible bidder for the provision of the above supplies and services.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.

4. You may obtain further information from Ministry of Health C107 and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7 (a) from 8:00am- 05:00pm.

5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of written application to the address below at 7 (b) upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of UQX 100,000 (Uganda Minisigns One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment shall be through banks authorised to receive non tax revenue.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 9(c) at or before 11:00am on 30^th December 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UQX 100,000,000 for Lot 1 and UQX 120,000,000 for Lot 2. Bids securities must be valid until 24^th June, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(a) at 11:30am on 30^th December, 2025. There shall be a pre-bid meeting meeting there shall be a pre-bid meeting on zoom and the ink will be available on the Ministry Web site and at Ministry of Health Boardroom at Courtel towers on 11^th December, 2025 at 12:00noon.

7. (a) The documents will be issued from: Ministry of Health, Procurement and Disposal Unit, Room No: C107, Plot's Lourde Road, Nakasero; Kampala.
