The request for proposal (RFP) document(s) shall be inspected and issued at the Ministry of Health Head Quarters Plot No.6 Lourdel Road, Room No. D106 P.O. Box 7272, Kampala, Uganda, Tel: +256417712260, +256417712311.

The deadline for proposal submission shall be at 10:00am on 11th May, 2026.

The Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings: One Hundred Thousand). The method of payment will be in a reputable commercial Bank on the Uganda Revenue Account for Non-Tax Revenues. The bidders shall present the acknowledgement of payment before being issued with the bidding document.
