JOB DETAILS:
• Minimum Qualifications:
o Certificate in Early Childhood Development (ECD).
o A Diploma in ECD is an added advantage.
o Over 3 years of teaching experience in an ECD or preschool setting.

• Responsibilities:
o Provide nurturing and stimulating learning experiences for young children.
o Develop age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
o Facilitate play-based learning to enhance creativity, problem-solving, and social skills.
o Monitor children’s developmental milestones and address individual needs.
o Maintain a safe and hygienic learning environment.
o Foster strong relationships with parents to support children’s learning at home.
