JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for preparation of parts and assemblies for painting.
• Mix paint and other materials according to specification or formula.
• Ensure spray painting environment and equipment are maintained and kept in good condition.
• Responsible for the identification and separation of non-conforming parts or materials and escalate accordingly.
• Application of spray paint in conformity with all specifications.
• Any role that may be assigned to you by your Supervisor.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
• Automotive Engineering qualification with Certificate in Spray Painting and Panel beating.
• 3-5years Work experience in a busy garage/institution with contactable referees.
• A valid driving license.
• Strong ability to adapt and work in a fast- paced environment.
• Highly motivated and target driven.
• Good decision making and problem-
• solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
• Strong communication skills.
• Be able to work with deadlines hence have good organizational and time management skills.
• High level of confidentiality.
