South African based tycoon Sulaiman Mbuga aka SK Mbuga also boyfriend to struggling singer Leila Kayondo was among URA’s top list of tax defaulters according to 2013/2014 URA reports.
The self styled spending tycoon was named among the list of 178 heavy tax defaulters last financial year. SK Mbuga had arrears close to 200 million in taxes that came as a result of importing four monster rides (Hammers).
Among other defaulters was city lawyer Bob Kalyango with 380 millions.
