Spice Diana has officially confirmed her split from Roger Lubega’s Source Management, revealing that the two have agreed to share royalties from her past music works as part of a comprehensive settlement that ends their nearly decade-long partnership.

In a statement released on Thursday, the singer announced that the change in her management structure takes effect immediately. She described the separation as amicable and emphasized that all business matters between both parties have been fully settled.
“I confirm a change in my management structure, effective immediately,” Spice Diana said.
The Siri Regular hitmaker expressed gratitude to her former management, acknowledging the support she received throughout the years. “For several years, I worked with Source Management and Mr Lubega Rogers. I appreciate the contribution and support I was given during that journey,” she noted.
According to Spice Diana, the separation involved a comprehensive settlement of all shared interests. “All business matters between both parties have been concluded, including a mutual sharing of jointly acquired property and a royalty arrangement on past music works. There are no remaining claims, and both sides have moved forward professionally,” she stated.
The announcement officially ends a working relationship that spanned close to ten years. For months, speculation about a fallout between the singer and her manager had circulated widely, but neither party had publicly addressed the rumors until Spice Diana spoke during a recent phone interview on NRG Radio, paving the way for the formal statement.
She also issued a firm warning against the misuse of her name or brand, noting that any such actions would be handled through legal channels.
Spice Diana confirmed that she has already transitioned to a new management team. “As part of my new career direction, I am now operating under new management. All bookings, brand engagements and professional communication will be handled exclusively through my verified platforms and official representatives,” she said.
