Singer Spice Diana has finally addressed the long-running speculation surrounding her working relationship with Source Management boss Roger, confirming that the two parted ways some time ago.
Speaking during a phone interview on radio, the award-winning artist revealed that although rumours had been circulating for months, she deliberately chose not to rush into making a public statement. According to Spice Diana, the decision to stay silent was personal and not influenced by outside pressure.
“I’m not the kind of person who reacts because people are pushing me,” she explained, noting that she and Roger have not worked together for almost a year.
The singer was keen to point out that the separation was purely professional and amicable. She dismissed any suggestions of tension, saying communication between them remains open whenever it is necessary, especially on matters that still involve him.
“We are okay. We still talk when there are things that need to be discussed,” she said.
Spice Diana also used the opportunity to reassure her fans about her management situation. She disclosed that she already has a team steering her career and plans to officially unveil them soon. Interestingly, she noted that the team is not entirely new, as they had been part of her operations even during Roger’s tenure as her manager.
While Roger is no longer in charge of her day-to-day management, Spice Diana emphasized that mutual respect still exists between them, bringing an end to speculation and ushering in a fresh phase in her music journey.
