Singer Maureen Nantume is in mourning following loss of a close relative.
We have learnt that the “Talemwa” singer’s grandmother, a one Nalukwago has passed away. According to Nantume, she was her last surviving grandparent.
She announced her death on social media where she posted; “Death has robbed me of my one and only jajja that I have been remaining with.
“I thank the good Lord for the good times we’ve shared and i pray to the almighty to put you in a place near the angels bse I fill its the safest place you deserve to be. You will always be missed.”
She will be laid to rest today in Zana.
