Hellen Lukoma is Leila Kayondo’s sister from another mother. Besides being close friends, the two seem to share similar passions. Hellen and Leila have both ventured into music and also have a penchant for fashion. Lukoma owns HL boutique while Leila owns L_Kay collections. Here is a photo of the two chilling together.
