Uganda’s first modern market Shoprite will be no more effective August.
We have learnt that East Africa’s biggest indoor market, Nakumatt has bought Shoprite and will gain full control over Shoprite in August.
Nakumatt which first opened in Kenya and Tanzania before coming to Uganda has now spread its business wings to Shoprite.
Nakumatt will take over both clock tower and Lugogo Shoprite malls in August. We shall keep you posted about any emerging related stories.
