Kampala socialite and Nalongo, Judith Heard is Sheilah Gashumba’s latest customer. Judith was spotted rocking hair from Sheilah’s Gash glam loft shop recently as she went on her daily business.
Sheilah opened up hair business recently, she now imports hair products into East Africa from Copper America countries.
