International beer brand Heineken has added a new beer brand to its portfolio. Desperados is the new beer brand that has been launched onto the local market.
While officially launching the new beer brand last evening at Sky Lounge Kisementi, Kampala, Juliana Kaggwa, the Heineken Country Manager revealed that this new cool beer will excite partiers due to its distinct taste.
She also noted that the beer is for the young and hippy especially between 18-25 year olds, though anyone can consume it. Desparados is a tequila flavored beer.
The launch was attended by several city celebs like NTV presenter Sheila Gashumba, singer Toniks, former Big Brother Africa star Gaetano Kaggwa among others, who were seen taking a sip at the new brand.
Desperados will be priced at 7k in local bars, outlets and supermarkets across the country.
