The former Bond girl told Daily Mail she has maintained the same size since her teenage years by following a Mediterranean-inspired lifestyle, centered around fresh, wholesome foods and portion control.

Seymour emphasized that she doesn’t follow diets.
“If you think you’re on a diet, you’ll lose track. But if you find healthy foods you love, you never feel deprived,” she explained.
